NFSSS Nano Flocculant
NFSSS Nano Flocculant was developed by the School of Environment, Tsinghua University and jointly produced by BPT and the School of Environment, Tsinghua University. It is a high-efficiency nanocomposite flocculant based on inorganic nano iron particles which are made of metal oxide nanoparticles combined with special organic charge carriers.
The flocculation settling mechanism of NFSSS Nano Flocculant is mainly adsorption neutralization. The negatively charged sludge neutralize positively charged nanoparticles, which reduces the zeta potential and the electrostatic repulsion. In addition, it is supplemented with bridging adsorption. Chain molecules of polymer transfer the suspended solids into a flocculant. Therefore, NFSSS can achieve rapid sludge-water separation by making sludge quickly form flocs to settle rapidly.

NFSSS Nano flocculant is a liquid, which is a non-hazardous and non-toxic composite product. It can achieve rapid settlement of activated sludge based on the adsorption neutralization and bridging adsorption.

Increase the sludge settlement speed of the primary and the secondary sedimentation tanks, and increase load

NFSSS is a liquid composite nano-flocculant with a certain viscosity. After dilution, it can be directly metered and added.
